Privacy Policy

All Home HX, LLC ("All Home HX," "we," "us") is a licensed Washington State general contractor. This policy explains what information we collect through allhx.com, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

We keep this short on purpose. If something here isn't clear, call or text us at 253-444-4415 and we'll explain it.

Who we are

What we collect

When you book an estimate or a consultation. Our scheduling is handled through a booking tool provided by GoHighLevel. When you book, you give it your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. That information goes into our customer records so we can show up and do the work. GoHighLevel handles that booking form on our behalf and has its own privacy practices.

When you call or text us. We keep your phone number and a record of what we talked about, so we can follow up.

When you nominate someone for All Home, All Heart. We collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The name and city of the person you're nominating
• What the project is and why you're nominating them
• Your answers about safety, property ownership or permission, whether we may contact you, and whether the project could be photographed

When you visit the site. We use Google Analytics, which collects standard technical information — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you're on. It doesn't tell us who you are.

Nominating someone else

You're giving us information about another person. Please make sure they know about it and are comfortable with it before you submit. Don't send us private or sensitive details about someone who hasn't agreed to it.

If you were nominated and you'd rather we didn't keep your information, contact us and we'll delete it.

What we do with it

We use what you give us to respond to you, schedule and carry out work, review All Home, All Heart nominations, and follow up about a project. That's it.

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We do use a small number of service providers to run the business — our scheduling and customer-records provider, our email provider, and the tools that move nomination submissions into our records. They only handle your information in order to provide those services to us.

We'll also share information if the law requires it.

Texts and calls

We only text or call you if you asked us to, gave us your number when you booked, or contacted us first. You can tell us to stop at any time — reply STOP to a text or just tell us.

If your nomination is selected

If we select a project, we'll talk with the recipient before any work starts. We only share their story or photos of the project publicly with their permission.

How long we keep it

Nominations: we keep nomination records while the All Home, All Heart program is running, so we can look back at submissions we weren't able to take on yet. You can ask us to delete a nomination at any time and we will.

Customer and project records: we keep these for as long as we're working with you and afterward as needed for warranty, tax, and legal reasons. Our workmanship warranty is a lifetime warranty, so we keep enough to honor it.

Asking us to delete your information

Email [email protected] or call or text 253-444-4415 and tell us what you'd like removed. We'll take care of it and confirm when it's done.

You can also ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If it's a significant change, we'll say so on the site.
