These terms apply to allhx.com, the website of All Home HX, LLC ("All Home HX," "we," "us"). By using the site, you're agreeing to them.

We've kept this in plain English on purpose. If something isn't clear, call or text us at 253-444-4415 and we'll explain it.

These terms cover this website, not your project

This is the most important thing on the page. Nothing here changes, replaces or adds to a construction contract.

If we're doing work for you, that work is governed entirely by the written contract you signed with us — the scope, the price, the schedule, the warranty, the change-order process, all of it. If anything on this website ever appears to conflict with your contract, your contract is what counts.

What's on this site is information, not a quote

Service descriptions, project photos, guides and anything else you read here are meant to help you understand the work and decide who to trust with it. None of it is a price, a bid or an offer.

A real number comes from us looking at your actual home. Estimates aren't binding until they're in a signed contract.

Advice here is general

We write guidance because we'd rather you understood your options than felt sold to. But it's written for homes in general, not for yours. Every house is different, and so is every local code requirement. Don't treat anything here as an engineering, structural or legal opinion about your specific property — ask us, or ask a qualified professional, before you act on it.

Our license

All Home HX, LLC is a licensed Washington State general contractor, license ALLHOHH753CL, and is bonded and insured. You're welcome to verify that with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, and we're happy to send proof any time you ask.

Photos, words and the rest of the site

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to All Home HX. You're welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. Please don't republish it as your own or use our photos or name to sell something.

Every project photo on this site is our own work, photographed on our own jobs. We don't use stock imagery of other people's projects. Permission to publish project photography is granted in our contract and confirmed again at final invoice. If you're a customer and you'd like a photo of your home taken down, tell us and we'll remove it — you don't need to give us a reason.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews on this site are from real customers and are reproduced as they were written. We don't write them ourselves, pay for them or edit them into something nicer.

What you send us through the site

When you fill in a form here, please give us information that's accurate and that's yours to share. Don't send anything confidential, and don't send someone else's personal details unless you have their okay.

What we do with what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.

All Home, All Heart

Nominating someone is free, and it isn't a contract. We read every nomination and choose one project at the end of each month, which means we can't take on all of them. Submitting a nomination doesn't guarantee that we'll do the work, and we may need to decline a project that's outside what we can safely or legally take on.

If you're nominating someone else, please make sure they're okay with it first.

Warranty

Our workmanship warranty is real, and it's described elsewhere on this site — but the version that governs your job is the one written in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials come from the manufacturer, not from us, and we'll walk you through those separately.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to other companies and organizations — a manufacturer, a state licensing lookup, our own social accounts. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what's on them.

The site itself

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we can't promise it's always both. Details change, pages get updated, and hosting occasionally goes down. The site is provided as-is, and to the extent Washington law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it or from being unable to use it. Nothing in this paragraph limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform on your home — that sits with your contract.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
